Tradeable (20 more pts needed): Salary >= GBP 26,200/year or going rate (20 pts), PhD in relevant subject (10 pts), shortage occupation (20 pts).

The minimum salary is GBP 26,200/year (raised from GBP 25,600 in April 2024). For shortage occupations or new entrants, a lower threshold of GBP 20,960 may apply.
